Accounting Today partners with Best Companies Group to identify accounting firms that excel in creating quality workplaces for their employees. The 2026 list recognizes 100 firms across the United States.

Firms were selected through a two-part evaluation process. The first portion reviewed each firm’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second consisted of an employee survey measuring the overall employee experience. Best Companies Group managed the survey process, analyzed the results and determined the firms selected for recognition.
