We are proud to announce that Alfredo Reynoso, CPA, Partner at Veridian Accountants & Advisors, has been named a CPA Practice Advisor 40 Under 40 Honoree—a national recognition celebrating emerging leaders in the accounting profession.
In February 2025, Alfredo was one of five partners who helped launch Veridian following the decision to remain independent. Since then, the firm has retained 100% of its clients and team members and achieved strong growth, reflecting a commitment to building a firm grounded in relationships, trust, and long-term thinking.
Alfredo leads Veridian’s Audit Practice and oversees the firm’s growth strategy, marketing, and quality control program. He is also deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of professionals, actively recruiting at local universities and fostering a culture built on trust, flexibility, and development.
Outside the firm, Alfredo serves as Board Treasurer of Uplift Literacy and as Past Chair and Board Member of The WOW Center, supporting adults with developmental disabilities.
